On Sunday, April 29, 2018, Natalya premiered her first solo concert, Worlds Connected, as a special one-night-only event at Riverside Theatres, Parramatta. The concert celebrated 30 years of Final Fantasy and 15 years of Kingdom Hearts, featuring iconic music from both beloved franchises in a breathtaking solo piano performance. This debut event marked the beginning of Natalya’s journey as a leading pianist in pop culture music, captivating audiences with her passion and artistry.
This full-length concert, produced entirely by Natalya, showcased some of the most iconic and epic music by Nobuo Uematsu and Yoko Shimomura, bringing to life the legendary video game themes. With virtuosic arrangements of pieces like One-Winged Angel and Musique pour la tristesse de Xion, the performance challenged artistic expression and pushed the boundaries of pianistic technique. For the encore, Natalya performed a medley of Kingdom Hearts theme songs, arranged by herself and improvised live on the night, delivering an unforgettable and deeply immersive experience for the audience.

Natalya Plays: STUDIO GHIBLI – Chopin Style
On August 3, 2019, Natalya premiered her second solo concert, Natalya Plays: Studio Ghibli – Chopin Style, at The Concourse, Sydney. This unique program reimagined Studio Ghibli’s iconic music through the lens of Chopin’s lyrical piano style, blending classical elegance with beloved film themes.
Following the Sydney premiere, the concert embarked on a national tour, beginning in Adelaide on November 16, 2019, and continuing in Melbourne on February 8, 2020, with further performances planned across Australia throughout the year, before the pandemic put a stop to that plan.
Renowned Australian concert pianist Simon Tedeschi attended the premiere and praised Natalya’s artistry:

Anime ‘n’ Chill – A Piano Concert
At Adelaide’s 60th Annual Fringe Festival, Natalya debuted her first-ever Fringe show, Anime ‘n’ Chill. This limited three-show season played to packed theatres, delighting audiences with an unforgettable celebration of iconic anime music.
Following its sell-out success in 2020, Natalya returned in 2021, and despite the challenges of a global pandemic, once again performed to full houses. Due to its continued popularity, Anime ‘n’ Chill made a highly anticipated return in 2024, further cementing its status as a festival favourite. In 2025 the concert had its Sydney premiere at Church Street Studios.
The concert featured beloved anime soundtracks, from nostalgic classics like Neon Genesis Evangelion, Pokémon, Dragon Ball Z, and music from Studio Ghibli, to modern favorites including Tokyo Ghoul, Naruto, Demon Slayer, and more. Blending technical brilliance with emotional storytelling, Anime ‘n’ Chill has become a must-see event, solidifying Natalya’s reputation as a leading pianist in anime and pop culture music.

video games ‘n’ chill – a piano concert
Following the success of Anime ‘n’ Chill at Adelaide Fringe in 2020, Natalya debuted 8-bit ‘n’ Chill in 2021, a piano concert celebrating the most iconic video game soundtracks. The show featured music from Final Fantasy, The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros, Kingdom Hearts, Hollow Knight, The Elder Scrolls, Minecraft, and many more, blending nostalgia with virtuosic artistry.
Renamed Video Games ‘n’ Chill, the show made a highly anticipated return in 2024, once again playing to packed audiences. With stunning arrangements and a deep love for gaming music, Natalya continues to bring the magic of video games to life on the piano. In 2025 the concert had its Sydney premiere at Church Street Studios.

Candlelight Concerts by FEVER
In May 2021, Natalya was scouted by the producer of Candlelight Concerts by FEVER after he saw her Adelaide Fringe Festival show Anime ‘n’ Chill – A Piano Concert. She was invited to perform a solo anime Candlelight Concert in Adelaide, marking a first of its kind for the company. After the sold-out debut, she returned for another performance a month later before relocating back to Sydney.
Since then, Natalya has been a regular Candlelight Concert pianist, performing throughout 2024 in Sydney and Brisbane. Her programs have included A Piano Tribute to Queen, Elton John, Ludovico Einaudi, Joe Hisaishi, and Hans Zimmer, captivating audiences with her expressive interpretations and immersive storytelling. Through her continued performances, she has become a key artist in bringing cinematic and pop-culture music to life in these intimate, candlelit settings.
